When I think about what the most popular Skimboard has been over the last few years, it’s hard to look past the Kingfish. A relatively unproduced shape worldwide (with similar variations of course) until the largest Skimboarding Youtuber made it popular. I have skimmed a couple different tweaks of the Kingfish and it’s a great performing board with plenty of speed anf float. The only place I find it lacking is if you’re skimming small waves very close to shore as the wide tail makes it not as snappy in the turns as a Splurge.
